Tips on becoming a successful internet businessman

1. The eagerness to learn and start a business started growing among many people.

Corey talks about having the right mindset in order to acheive success. This is very important because most people think making online is easy - it is.

BUT you must have the right mindset in order to succeed online!

That's what is great about Corey because he is very positive and talks about the right attitudes and mindsets that will allow you to acheive internet marketing success even when everyone doesn't understand how you can make money online!

2. One should implement strategies to get the maximum profit out of a sale. Corey stressed on daily achievements and focused on the market. Corey's techniques suggest that you need to be a real person to build up a good relationship with the prospective customers. The information given to them and the choice of product is important to attract customers. You don't want to treat a visitor as a "visitor". No, what you need to do is see each "visitor" as a real person who is looking for information to be solved and you have to be the one giving them the advice that they need!

3. Methods to attract viewers - Corey emphasized on development of new and customized software. He always looked at saving cost and maximizing the resources. The It's important to understand this.

Firstly, the use of free webpage for your business should not be practiced. This does not give you an identity as viewers understand and bypass you. Therefore creating your own account is very important.
- What I mean by this is that there are many courses out there that teach you how to build sites on FREE places like Squidoo or Hubpages. I'm not saying that these free sites are bad, but if these FREE sites are your ONLY sites then that's going to present a problem. The reason being is because you don't own these sites and if for some reason someone reports you for purportedly breaching their terms of services, your entire business will be shut down overnight!
Secondly, the request that you get should not be forwarded directly to the merchants. You would be able to obtain the data base and moreover you would be able to have control over the product list.
- For example, if you have a Squidoo lens or you have an article up in an article directory, do not link directoy to the product you are selling. What you need to do is point your links to the sites that you own. The reason for this is a practical one. If you want to change the offer you're promoting, all you need to do is change the promotions on your site. You don't need to go back to every single article that you posted on the internet on other sites to change the promotion!

Unfortunately, Corey died of a fatal accident, but the success of many who followed his strategies is immense. He is remembered by everyone, especially for the one who is starting new. He was probably the founder of internet marketing, if not one of the greatest pioneers. He was clearly one of the oldest internet marketers that made it big online.

What really resonates with me is his ethical take about internat marketing.

In order to survive in this online world, it's imperative that you avoid bad products or outright scams to promote. This tarnishes the image of your business. If you want to build a long term business you should start creating an email list. You can bribe people to sign up to your emails by offering free downloads offered to your viewer. E-books containing product detail and specifications are a good option to start with. Regularly one should update a review on the product listed. This would help as a feedback for the product and also increase the trust of others who still have not decided to buy. Give a wide range and organized information about the product.
